An AC servo nutrunner specifically optimized for precision small-screw fastening applications.

Equipped with an integrated torque sensor and a structure resistant to external loads, making it ideal for robotic automation processes.

Core functionality delivers performance equivalent to the AFC-3000 AC Servo Nutrunner system.
A handheld manual operation type is also available as part of the product lineup.

SELF-DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION

Upon power-up, the tool verification system automatically performs inspection of the following items.

  • Verifies that the connected tool and controller are properly matched and configured
  • Verifies that the electrical performance of the torque transducer meets the required operating specifications
  • Verifies that the torque measurement circuit is operating normally
  • Performs an automatic calibration check before every fastening operation to monitor the condition of the torque transducer, helping prevent abnormal bolt/nut fastening, unit or cable issues, and potential tool damage in advance.
